RETURN POLICY
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the order date for store credit.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage
• Returned with all original tags attached
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns received after 30 days from the order date will not be accepted.
Items returned that do not meet our return requirements will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange requests may be submitted through our online return portal and are subject to product availability.
Submitting an exchange request does not reserve inventory, and we cannot guarantee that a requested size or item will still be available when your return is received and processed.
If you would like to guarantee availability, we recommend purchasing the desired size or item separately. Once your original item is returned and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the returned item rather than store credit.
All returned items must meet the requirements outlined in our Return Policy.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Sale and clearance items
• Jewelry
• Hair accessories, including hats
• Bralettes
• Bodysuits
• Face masks
• Makeup and personal care products, including body butter, soaps, and lip products
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Due to our commitment to processing orders quickly, order cancellations are not guaranteed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. If an order has not yet entered processing, we may approve the cancellation at our discretion. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Approved cancellations may be subject to deduction of non-refundable payment processing fees.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at theroweboutique@gmail.com. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
