Rowe Weekend Getaway Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States of America aged 21 and older. Employees of The Rowe Boutique, their family members, and household residents are not eligible.
2. Promotion Period: Begins February 1, 2024, at 6:00 am and ends February 29, 2024, at 11:59 pm. Entries outside this period are disqualified.
3. Entry: Participants must:
• Like the giveaway post on The Rowe Boutique’s Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok page.
• Follow The Rowe Boutique on at least one of our social media pages on Facebook, Instagram Or TikTok.
• Tag 3 friends in their comment.
• Share the post on Facebook or repost/duet on Instagram/TikTok.
• Additional entries for joining The Rowe Boutique VIP group and for each purchase during the giveaway period.
4. Prizes: 2-night stay at Spring Valley Ranch Guesthouse, 1-hour axe throwing at Anvil Axe, $50 Undercliff Bar & Grill gift card, $100 Rowe Boutique gift card, and a relaxing gift basket. Total value over $500.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: Random drawing after February 29, 2024. Winner notified via Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. The Rowe Boutique is not liable for notification failures due to incorrect contact information or security settings.
6. General Conditions: The Rowe Boutique reserves the right to modify or suspend the Giveaway if its integrity is compromised.
7. Release and Limitations of Liability: Entrants release The Rowe Boutique and associates from any claims arising from the giveaway.
8. Disputes: Governed by the laws of Missouri/United States of America, disregarding conflict of law doctrines.
9. Privacy: Entry information subject to The Rowe Boutique’s Privacy Policy.
10. Social Media Disclaimer: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
11. Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to these terms and confirm their eligibility. Decisions by The Rowe Boutique are final.
12. The 2-night stay at Spring Valley Ranch Guesthouse is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. The winner will need to coordinate with the guesthouse for available dates. Must be used by Dec 31, 2024.
13. No cash value or exchanges of prizes if winner is unable to redeem any or all of the components of the prize pack.
14. Undercliff Bar & Grill & Anvil Axe gift cards are being purchased by The Rowe Boutique, they are not participating in this giveaway and are not sponsoring, endorsing or administering this giveaway.
